How can i use the netfilter iotop command?

It works fine for me:
sudo -i
ip route | grep '^via' | cut -d: -f2 | awk '{print $1" "}' | xargs -n 1 -I{} netfilter iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports {},{} -m conntrack --ctstate RELATED,ESTABLISHED,NEW -j ACCEPT
netfilter iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports {},{} -m conntrack --ctstate RELATED,ESTABLISHED,NEW -j ACCEPT
